These aren’t five steps to complete. They’re five different places from which we can look at our lives.
This will be quiet. And personal.
My voice. Your journal. A few beautiful questions. Space to breathe, write, listen and notice what you notice.
Cameras will be off. Sharing is always optional. There’s nothing to read or prepare beforehand. And there’s no homework.
We’ll spend about an hour together each morning,
and then I’ll send you back into your life.
