Happy Holidays and New Year’s Blessings

That Special Time of Year

The holidays are a time for connection and giving thanks. For gathering with loved ones, reflecting on the past year, and seeking warmth and comfort in meaningful moments.

I know this time of the year can also be very challenging for some. Please take extra good care of yourself during this time. Adopt a slower pace if you can. Practice presence and mindfulness as best as you can. Tell those you love what they mean to you. Reach out to those who may be alone this year.

I like taking a lot of extra space for quiet time and reflection at this time of the year. In early November, ideas begin coming to me about my larger intentions and the type of new year I am creating. Then the details for that plan start to fill in and come together near the end of the year.

I'll also be trying out some new pampering experiences at a day spa on Maryland's Eastern Shore that has a 20,000 lb salt cave that I can't wait to try out! The Baltimore Christkindl Market, a Winter Solstice celebration, and Christmas Eve candlelight services are also on my "get-to-do" list before the end of the year. And of course, a few feel-good Christmas movies, warm beverages, cozy pajama days, and a few new holiday baking recipes I'll be whipping up in my kitchen!

Whether you're celebrating with family, close friends, or enjoying a cozy moment to yourself, I hope this note brings a bit of light and joy to your holidays.

Thank you for being a special and important part of this journey with me. I'll be back in January 2025 with more goodies for you!

Wishing you a season full of joyful and peaceful moments.

All my love,

~Michele
